About Me

My career in real estate began when I joined the industry with Barfoot and Thompson as a Sales Consultant and had great success during my time selling real estate, later becoming part of the regional team at RE/MAX as Franchise Sales Manager.  After 3 years with RE/MAX I became the Auckland/Northland Sales and Account Manager for RPNZ and after almost 4 years with RPNZ was very excited to be offered the role of Franchise Development Manager at Harcourts. I have observed Harcourts as an innovative, professional, very people-orientated company, that is moving at a steady pace towards exceptional growth and feel very fortunate to be part of Harcourts’ future development plan.

I work closely with the Franchise Owners and the Executive Team to continuely develop our talent pool and their development in the Northern Region and have a close working relationship with Chief Executive Officer, Hayden Duncan. Hayden has a vast knowledge of real estate having sold over $4.5 billion dollars of it in his career, he knows what it takes to be successful.  Hayden works closely with Joanne Clifford, Chief Operations Officer, who has been instrumental in driving Harcourts’ strategic business planning, systems, training and technology, and as a past General Manager and Northern Regional Manager she has played a key role in growing Harcourts marketshare in Auckland.
